The 2026 World Cup will feature an expanded tournament with 48 nations participating compared to the usual 32 teams in past World Cups.
Team USA will have an automatic entry into the 2026 World Cup as hosts of the tournament. There are no tournament venues in Oklahoma or Arkansas, but residents of both states have fairly close options north in Kansas City (Arrowhead Stadium) and south in Dallas (AT&T Stadium).

Spread
In this example the Netherlands are -1 goal favorites. If the Netherlands win by 2 or more spread bets on Netherlands would win. If Senegal wins or the game ends in a draw spread bets on Senegal would win. If Netherlands win by exactly 1 then the spread bets would be graded a push (be refunded).
To Win
Also known as the money line or 1×2 betting, this is a wager on the outcome of the match. There are three possible outcomes in a World Cup group stage match: Team A, Draw, Team B. The odds associated with each outcome determine your risk vs reward.
- A $100 Bet on Senegal Wins $500
- A $100 Bet on Draw Wins $270
- A $165 Bet on Netherlands Wins $100
Total
The total for the match is set at 2.25 goals. Half of your wager would apply to a total of 2 goals and half to a total of 2.5 goals. If 3 or more goals are scored in the match then over bets would win. If 1 or fewer goals are scored then under bets would win. If exactly 2 goals are scored then over bets would lose half of the wager, while under bets would win half the wager (the other half’s would push).
