How To Bet On Super Bowl LX From Idaho, Utah or Nebraska

It’s Super Bowl Sunday! The Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots will compete in Super Bowl 60 this evening (Sunday, February 8th) at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Both teams won their respective Conference Championship games to advance to the Super Bowl.

The Super Bowl is typically the most wagered on single-day sporting event in the US every year. Sports betting is continuing to become more mainstream and I expect this years Super Bowl to have a lot of betting action.

On this page I will look at the legal climate of sports betting in Idaho, Nebraska and Utah, outline this years Super Bowl odds and explain where you can bet.

Where To Bet

Sports betting is not legal in Idaho or Utah. Utah’s constitution bans all forms of gambling. Nebraska allows sports betting in person at its licensed casinos, and voters will decide on online sports betting in November 2026. Where it is legal, you generally must be 21 or older and physically located in the state to place a bet.

Other options include prediction markets such as Kalshi and Polymarket, daily fantasy sports apps where they are available, and offshore sportsbooks, which accept US customers but are not licensed or regulated by any state. Our guide to sports betting in the USA breaks down every option.

Sports Betting in Idaho, Utah and Nebraska

Sports betting is not currently legal in Idaho or Utah, and neither State seems interested in changing that anytime soon. This means it’s not legal to operate a sportsbook in either state.

Nebraska legalized sports betting in May of 2021, but betting is only available in person. Currently the WarHorse Casinos in Lincoln and Omaha, the Grand Island Casino Resort, and the Caesars Sportsbook at Harrah’s Racing and Casino in Columbus are the only four casinos in the state currently taking sports wagers. Online sports betting is not yet legal, and Nebraska voters will decide on it in November 2026.

Although it’s not currently legal to operate online sportsbooks in Idaho, Utah or Nebraska, residents of those states can still place bets through offshore betting sites that are licensed and regulated outside of the United States.

2026 Super Bowl Betting Odds

Let’s take a look at the odds for the three most popular betting options for Super Bowl LX. These include the point spread, money line and totals betting lines. The odds below are accurate as of February 6th, 2026 (two days before Super Bowl Sunday).

Betting lines (spread, money line, total) for Super Bowl 2026.

Spread

The point spread shows the Seattle Seahawks as 4.5 point favorites (-4.5). The Seahawks would have to win the game by 5 or more points for spread bets on Seattle to be graded winners.

The Patriots are 4.5 point underdogs (+4.5). The Patriots need to win the game outright or lose by 4 or fewer points for spread bets on New England to win.

Money Line

A money line bet is simply a wager on which team will win the game. The odds reflect the risk vs reward of a bet on either team.

The Seahawks money line odds are -240, which means you would have to wager $240 to win $100 betting on Seattle to win the game. The Patriots have money line odds of +200 which means you would win $200 for every $100 you risk on the Patriots.

Total Points

The total for Super Bowl 60 is set at 45.5 points. You can bet on whether you think the number of points scored by both teams in the game will be over or under this amount.
