The WGC events always bring out the top golfers in the world and this weekends WGC: Bridgestone Invitational is no different with Jason Day, Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth and more in the field this weekend. The tournament had to shift from the regular date in August due to the Olympics adding golfing to Rio, but it hasn’t seemed to affect what type of field we have at Firestone Country Club this week.
The WGC events are often considered one step down from the golfs major tournaments, with big prize pools and lots of points on the line.

I’m personally on Jason Day to get yet another win this season this week. He’s the favorite here this week and has 3 wins in his last 8 starts. He’s always a great bet and with DJ likely having a bit of a Grand Slam win hangover and Spieth not playing his best lately, I think Day is a great bet to get the job done.
