There will be no Canadian Triple Crown winner this year, but the Breeders’ Stakes still features a large quality field of 18 horses that includes the King’s Plate winner Paramount Prince and runner-up Elysian Field.
The 2023 Breeders Stakes will carry a purse of $400,000. The post time for the race is 5:42pm. The race will be shown in Canada on TSN from 5-6pm EST.
