The 2021 Preakness Stakes will take place this Saturday, May 15th at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland. The Preakness will return to it’s traditional date on the third Saturday of May (two weeks after the Kentucky Derby) after last years race was postponed to October due to the ongoing pandemic.
Medina Spirit won the Kentucky Derby at the beginning of May, and he will enter the Preakness as the co-favorite along with his stablemate, Concert Tour. Medina Spirit will look to secure the win on Saturday and enter the Belmont Stakes looking to become the third Triple Crown winner in the past six years. The Preakness Stakes will be broadcast on NBC from 4-6:15pm CT on Saturday. The post time for the race is approximately 5:47pm CT.

The odds in the Racebook use the parimutuel betting system, so the odds you see may not be the final odds. The odds will change leading up to the race depending on the amount of money wagered on each horse.
**You can also bet on the race winner through the ‘Sports’ section of the BetOnline website. Open the ‘Horse Racing’ drop down menu and select ‘Horse Futures’ to find the Preakness Stakes odds.
