How To Bet On 2026 Tour de France in USA – Odds and Guide

The Tour de France began on July 4th in Barcelona, Spain and will conclude with the final stage at Champs-Elysees in Paris on July 26th.

The race is the most popular of cycling’s three Grand Tours with a lot of media attention and coverage for the race here in North America, while the same cannot be said of either the Italy or Spain Grand Tour races.

In this article I will look at the race winner odds from Bovada.lv, our top rated betting site for Americans looking to bet on the Tour de France, and also provide a simple 3 step guide to help new bettors get action on the 2026 Tour de France.

Tadej Pogacar is a heavy favorite at -550, while Jonas Vingegaard is his main competition at +450. Pogacar won the last two editions (2024 and 2025) and was also the champion in 2021 and 2020, giving him four Tour titles overall; a fifth win would tie the all-time record shared by Eddy Merckx, Bernard Hinault, Miguel Indurain, and Jacques Anquetil. Vingegaard, the 2022 and 2023 winner and runner-up in each of the last two years, currently holds the yellow jersey after his Visma-Lease a Bike team won the opening team time trial in Barcelona. After the top two the odds lengthen to a cluster at +2000: Isaac Del Toro, Pogacar’s 22-year-old UAE Team Emirates-XRG teammate who won stage 2; 19-year-old French prospect Paul Seixas; and Remco Evenepoel, the reigning double Olympic champion who abandoned last year’s race in the Pyrenees.

You can find the betting lines by opening the ‘All Sports’ drop down menu and selecting ‘Cycling’ from the Bovada sportsbook. In addition to the general classification odds you can also bet on head to head match-ups, as well as the King of the Mountains, Points Classification, Team Classification, Young Rider Classification, Top 3 Finish, Top 10 Finish, and stage specific winners closer to the start of the race.
